Location
The bathroom was not clean and the bed without sheets. When we got to the room it was uncleaned and the bed unmade.

The owners are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was prepared especially for us and at the time we requested and was rich and fresh. The house is very nice and charming, the room is a bit small but has everything you need. The house is in a narrow street, but there is a parking lot nearby (about 3 euros per night). Due to its location, the house is very quiet, which is also pleasant.

Excellent communication and responsiveness from Haytam and the team from the very beginning until the end of my stay, despite my late arrival. The room was great, with a lovely terrace and daily cleaning. The riad is perfectly located, far enough from the heart of the medina to remain calm and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy everything within a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was great as well.

The kindness of the staff Thank you very much Haytam for your helpfulness. Spacious shower Extra blanket brought because it was not hot. Please disregard comments from previous customers. A bunch of Spanish people who had no respect were making noise from 6am. And then they dare to criticize the Riad. For us it was great value for money.
